Colour Coded: Dirty Green

   

 

          

~filing cabinets, ~waiting room carpets and ~turntable mats

~Columbia and ~bank lamps

~inexperienced novice and ~corduroy trousers

~the smell of pipes, ~naps in the afternoon and ~radio players

~camouflage and ~adaptation

~spinach and ~grass in a mud pie

~art deco houses and ~morass miners

~Mentos with leaks and ~mussels and ~seafood

~old sofas dragging through smelly old blocks of flats and (...)

~damp and clammy reptile houses in march

and ~old steam trains laden with golden syrup tins

~ Venice and Toulouse.

What comes to your mind when you see Olive Green?

I love these, this is one of my very favorite colors! I wear it all the time, too, just gorgeous! I usually think of military, I don't know, I just love the industrial vibe of this color! XO!

How utterly lovely and inspiring! I'm reminded of walking in the damp grass after a particularly heavy rainfall, that lovely smell that follows a summer shower is just so emotive. xxx

I really adore green! I think of green tea when the color green comes to mind b/c I love tea and it also has the word green in it!
