Hi Everyone! Today’s post is an old one that I did for my good friend Debby at Inspired Design a couple of months ago.
I thought I’d share it here once again, in case some of you missed out on seeing Kara Haupt’s gorgeous bedroom that I stumbled upon via N.E.E.T magazine.

Don’t you just love it? Kara’s an Idaho high school graduate and she has some incredible design ideas! A cake stand that doubles as a jewellery holder, the dresser with mismatched drawer knobs, and the wall collage made from magazine clippings… I’m completely awed by Kara’s creativity and clever storage ideas!
BTW… secrets is the underwear drawer, twirl is for skirts, yay pants for bottoms and lazy for clothes that Kara prefers lounging in. Isn’t this gal just too cool for school?!

Creative indeed. I always wanted to make a magazine-pages collage on my wall but then it should fit you know. So I'm trying to work on having an inspiration corner in my room yet. :)

The cake stand is an incredible idea to hold piles of baubles. I might just have to borrow that design idea! (Mostly because I want an excuse to buy yet another cake stand!)
